Google has updated the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) v0.2 by introducing five new trust signals: provenance, trust, freshness, lifecycle, and attestation. These optional metadata fields help AI agents better evaluate the reliability, origin, and relevance of shared knowledge while improving transparency across AI-powered systems.
