Google Tests Paying Publishers For AI Answers Via Search Console
Google is testing a Search Console pilot that pays publishers when their content significantly contributes to answers in Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode. The program shows publishers monthly earnings for AI contributions, although the payment calculation remains largely unclear and the pilot is still in an early stage.
