OpenAI To Watermark ChatGPT Text In The EU, Opens API Opt-In
OpenAI is introducing an invisible text watermark called textGrain for eligible ChatGPT and Codex outputs in the EU to comply with the EU AI Act. API customers worldwide can also opt in for select models, while watermark detection will initially be available only to approved researchers and expert organizations.
