YouTube Adds New Shorts Payout Rules To Partner Program Terms
YouTube is updating its Partner Program rules from February 1, 2027, raising the entry threshold for new creators and introducing a new monthly requirement for Shorts earnings. Existing partners will need to accept updated monetization terms by January 31, 2027, while channels must reach 10 million qualified Shorts views in 90 days to earn from the Shorts Creator Pool each month.
