YouTube To Test Ask YouTube Inside The Shorts Player

YouTube is testing its Ask YouTube AI feature inside the Shorts player, allowing viewers to ask questions about selected Shorts and receive additional context while watching. The limited global experiment is available in English to users aged 18 and above, with access across desktop, mobile and TV. YouTube is also introducing new mobile feeds to help viewers discover similar creators, related Shorts and topics based on their watch history.
